Stands for checking and calibrating flow meters with a spill installation. Scope of application: pouring on water flow converters of turbine, vortex, ultrasonic types, mass meters with clamping devices and replaceable flanges, which allows you to install converters with different diameters of the conditional passage (DN from 25 to 150 mm). It is also possible to use this spillage installation for weight/volume verification of a mobile pipework installation.


CALIBRON™ compact provers meet the most stringent requirements for accuracy when checking flow meters. Their main features are: a precision cylinder with a very smooth inner surface and a measuring piston, which contains a built-in bypass valve to minimize flow disturbance. During verification, the piston is uncoupled from the return mechanism, which allows it to follow the flow without assistance. As a result, we get a minimal impact on the flow, which ensures the highest accuracy. The integrity of the sealing is achieved by using Teflon (PTFE) seals, which have excellent compatibility with most liquids. CALIBRON has a 100% constant displacement volume, regardless of the location of the flow meter and does not contain hydraulic or pneumatic components. These features guarantee the consistency of the results during verification with a repeatability equal to or greater than 0.02%. This prover is an excellent choice for all types of flowmeters, including volumetric (direct displacement), turbine, coriolis and ultrasonic, and is ideal for stationary, mobile and offshore installations.
