The software of the liquefied petroleum gas filling system consists of an automated control system "SUG" designed to control the operation of the display and control units (display of authorization signals, accounting of the released product in units of mass and volume, carrying out the procedure of filling, draining with and without taking into account, logging events, etc.) and the AT-8877 controller software (collection of information from all sensors of the system, implementation of the technological mode of LPG filling with pressure maintenance in the tanker, discharge with and without taking into account the remains of LPG (drainage), accounting for the released product in units of mass and volume).

Process simulation systems (SITP-AT) serve to give an idea of the procedure for starting the technological system, putting it into operation, the operation of individual elements, operator actions, the functioning of operating modes, possible emergency situations.


Automation tools.

AT-8000 series controllers are designed to exchange data with a remote control system and perform a wide range of tasks in difficult industrial conditions.


Systems based on AT-8000 are used to calculate and register the values of volume, gross and net weight of commercial oil with a relative error of no more than ± 0.015%.


R-AT-MM controllers are used for data exchange with the remote control system, performing computing operations, polling and controlling slave devices.
